Step 1: Convert inches to feet by dividing by 12
             6” ID = .5’ID; .5’ID = .25’Radius
             22” Height = 1.833’ Height
Step 2: Input values into formula
•(PI)(Radius X Radius) + 2(PI)(Radius X Height or Length)
(Provides Surface Area for Bottom)      (Provides Surface Area for Sides

(3.14)(.25 X .25) + 2(3.14)(.25 X 1.833) = 3.069 sq/ft of surface area
FLOW RATE = 3.069 sq/ft X 11 = 33.759 GPM
