JIB-45 ROLLER
The JIB-45 Roller is designed for use on JIB booms for bucket trucks and
other material handling devices. The roller is made from an A-356- T6 aluminum
alloy for high strength and low weight. The sheave is housed inside the side
frames to eliminate the possibility of the synthetic rope becoming caught
between the sheave and the frame.
The sheave is machined to a high polish to reduce wear of winch line.
Installation is done quickly and easily due to the quick-pull Bal-Lok pins. This
unit has a rated working load of 2,500 pounds, based on a 4:1 safety factor.
